Tammy Dixon

Tammy Dixon is an entrepreneur and the Expert Realtor on Real Estate. She has worked with numerous prominent organizations in the Upstate of S.C., including Greenville County Schools, USC-Upstate, SCLLR, and eXp Realty. With a background
in education and sales, along with over 30 years experience, she has the ability to assist clients and associates in a knowledgeable and professional way. She was awarded Most Prominent Agent Award in 2021.
With Masters and Education Specialist Degrees, along with Certification as a Real Estate Team Specialist, she is widely regarded by Realtors and Educators alike. She has hosted numerous realtor training events and generates her personal copies of Lifestyle Magazines.
Among her many accomplishments, she has founded Collaborations-GreerSC, a training and event venue. She has also founded I Love Real Estate Academy, a real estate licensing school.
She is a member of Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, Western Upstate, and National Association of Realtors.

Kathy Harrison

Kathy is entering the third year of her real estate career. She is both a buyer’s agent as well as a listing agent. She has been privileged to serve her clients and to call them friends by the date of closing. Kathy prides herself on being able to take a very complicated process and help buyers and sellers understand each step of the way. Her skills include negotiation excellence as well as a capability to communicate with anyone! Kathy retired after 32 years from SCDHEC, where she gained many valuable abilities that have enabled a very smooth, successful transition to the Real Estate field.
Kathy is a life-long resident of the upstate area and has always had a love for this large area as well as those who reside here. She has a heart for community service and has held a myriad of volunteer positions through the years. These include her service on the Miss Spartanburg Pageant committee; serving as a judge for many pageants and talent shows; her years as a PTA office holder and Volunteer of the Year (while serving in her full time career at DHEC); and as a volunteer Music Minister and Choir Director at her home church for over 10 years. She has been married to her husband for over 30 years and is the mother of 2 amazing young adults. She also has 1 daughter- in- law and a bonus daughter who is hers, not by birth, but by love. She is a graduate of Furman University and continually broadens her learning horizons by attending as many training opportunities as she can. She is constantly speaking and learning with her peers as a method of expanding her knowledge base. She is a member of Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS, South Carolina Association of REALTORS, National association of REALTORS and the Greenville Multiple Listing Service.

Deborah Mohan

Originally from Michigan, I relocated to the Greenville area about a year ago. I have a degree in Psychology and have worked with individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities for nearly 20 years.
The skills learned from my years in health care have greatly assisted me with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate for my clients. I value the trust my clients put in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations.

CJ Follansbee is new to Real Estate. He has his Bachelors degree in Finance and has working in Finance for the past 27 years. During his time in finance, he has worked in roles where he has the opportunity to lead a project in renovating a commercial property building and has had several roles from Accounts Payable to Commissions Manager and Director of Finance.
CJ grew up in New England and moved to Las Vegas where he lived for 18 years before relocating to Greer, SC

Antonio Constantino

Antonio is a new arrival to the Greenville, South Carolina area. Moving here from the Northeastern part of the country in April 2021 has been one of the best decisions of his life. Prior to relocating to South Carolina he was a life long resident of New Jersey. Antonio’s previous career was Law Enforcement and public servant for the County of Union for sixteen years with the last fourteen years serving as a Correctional Police Officer and Special Operations Unit member with the Union County Department of Corrections. Due to his vigorous training, he has acquired various high level skills including excellent communication, negotiation and attention to detail which is a tremendous attribute as he pursues a new profession in real estate. Antonio is a loving father to his beautiful five year old (boy/girl) twins.
